"Stronger Than Before"

Hurricane Sandy Project

Recovery from Hurricane Sandy continues to be a complex and challenging process. The “Stronger Than Before" Project at COAC offers a range of services. If you or someone you know has been affected (regardless of legal status) and can benefit from our services at COAC please call us.  Click here for additional info.

The New York Council on Adoptable Children (COAC), founded in 1972, is an adoption service agency whose mission is to insure that legally freed older and special needs children in the New York City foster care system, and children affected by AIDS, are placed with permanent, loving families. COAC acts on the belief that every child deserves such a family.
